Seminar Series “Vivre en Amour - Sex and Love”

In four weekend seminars, we explore topics related to sex and love. These themes can sometimes become obstacles in a sexual or romantic relationship and lead to complications. We view them as starting points for something new and show pathways for development.

We provide all interested participants with a safe space to engage with their own eroticism, explore relationships and couple sexuality, recognize typical patterns, and gain knowledge and skills to try out new approaches and creatively find solutions. You can attend the seminars as a couple or as an individual, including if you are not in a relationship.

You will gain knowledge and tools for your own sexuality as well as for your sexual and romantic relationships. Practical, everyday tips and exercises help you better understand and further develop your own sexual experience. This allows you to bring your sexuality into a relationship and to encounter the sexuality of the other person. In this way, you can shape your erotic life – even in long-term relationships – in a pleasurable and enjoyable way.

The four seminars complement each other. You can attend the full series or individual seminars. If you attend more than one seminar, it does not matter which one you start with.

The seminar is conducted in German. If you are interested in an English-language seminar, please contact Annette Bischof.

Seminar 1: Man and Woman in Encounter

Date: June 6–7, 2026 > Registration

In this seminar, you will gain insight into the sexual function and sexual experience of women and men. We examine gender stereotypes and distinguish them from actual characteristics that arise from the different sexual bodies of men and women.

On the one hand, you will receive inspiration for dealing with these differences. On the other hand, you will gain an understanding of possible sexual problems that typically occur in men and women. Finally, you will receive ideas for solutions to these problems – both individually and as a couple.

Questions addressed in the seminar include:

  • What is similar and what is different in female and male sexuality?
  • How do I deal with these differences?
  • What are the erogenous zones in women and men?
  • How do I build a good relationship to the other person’s gender – and to my own?
  • “Men want sex, women want relationship,” “men are driven by the penis,” “men are active, women surrender” – how do I deal with gender clichés?
  • What are possible sexual problems in women (no orgasm, pain, lack of desire for vaginal intercourse…)? What are solutions?
  • What are possible sexual problems in men (premature ejaculation, no orgasm, erectile difficulties, lack of desire for vaginal intercourse…)? What are solutions?
  • For couples: How do we deal with sexual problems as a couple?
Seminar 2: Sexual Desire

Date: November 14–15, 2026 > Registration

This seminar explores the following questions for singles and people in relationships:

  • Why do I (not) feel desire for sex? What is sexual desire? What increases it?
  • Why does love not automatically lead to sexual desire? How can both be connected in a relationship?
  • What happens when everyday routines and obligations take over?
  • How do I remain attractive and desirable to my partner?
  • What can I do so that my partner remains attractive and desirable to me?
  • How do we balance closeness and distance, play and seriousness in everyday erotic life?
  • How do I deal with my partner’s fantasies, preferences, and sexual interests?
  • How do I become open to new experiences? How can we enrich our erotic repertoire?
Seminar 3: The Art of Seduction and Communication

Date: January 30–31, 2027 > Registration

In this seminar, you will explore your own relational experiences and behaviors and how you affect other people. You will gain tools for respectfully attracting others to you and your needs – whether in new relationships or long-term partnerships, and whether in sexuality or other areas of life.

This seminar addresses the following questions:

  • What is seduction? Why is it an art? How can it be learned?
  • How do I express love and desire? How is this perceived by others?
  • How do I communicate my opinions and needs through body language and words?
  • What can I read from the body language of others?
  • Why does seduction also play a key role in long-term relationships?
  • Why are many couples more skilled at anti-seduction than seduction? How can I shift from anti-seduction to seduction?
Seminar 4: Erotic Skills

Date: to be announced

This seminar explores the following questions for singles and people in relationships:

  • What is the relationship between sexuality and eroticism? What skills support erotic experience?
  • What types of touch exist? How can I enjoy touching my partner more?
  • How can I enjoy being touched more?
  • How do we build sexual interaction together?
  • How do I read my partner’s signals and needs?
  • When is sex “finished,” and how do we shape what comes after?
  • How can we reach climax together – and how do we deal with it if that does not happen?
  • What happens on a relational level during sex?
  • How can I stay connected to myself while engaging with my partner?
Structure of the Seminars

We provide both knowledge transfer and opportunities for exchange in plenary sessions, small groups, or pairs. Exercises are playful and can be done individually, as a couple, or in groups.

If you attend as a couple, you may do partner exercises together – unless you prefer not to.

We talk openly about sex and provide exercises for practice at home. Some exercises take place on yoga mats and are comparable to yoga-style body awareness exercises. These physical exercises serve self-experience; we do not teach “sex gymnastics.”
